Appointments:

Services are paid in full during booking, but in the result of a cancel/reschedule please reference the following:

  • It is extremely important that you book for the exact service you need. This way I can allot the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. If you are unsure what to book, I can help you with that! Schedule a consultation and we can go over your options :)

  • It is required and greatly appreciated that if you need to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE an appointment, that you do so 48 hrs before your appointment time. This allows for consideration of my time, and other clients.

  • If you cancel 48 hrs before your appointment and do not reschedule, 50% of your payment will be returned. If you cancel in less than 48hrs of your appointment time and do not reschedule, 25% of your payment will be returned.

  • If you need to reschedule less than 48hrs, I understand life happens! You are allowed one reschedule and your payment will be transferred to the new appointment. Please reschedule within 72 hours of your missed appointment to avoid forfeiting your payment. If you have to reschedule for a second time you will forfeit the your payment and need to book a new appointment. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in forfeiting payment and no longer being serviced moving forward.
  • Hairapy 101 LLC is located at the King of Prussia Mall inside of Sola Salon Studios on the Court side between Jos. A Bank and Cheesecake Factory and below California Pizza Kitchen. I am studio #5

  • There is free and plentiful parking in the parking garage. Handicap parking is available as well. There is an overpass, so if we are faced with inclement weather your hair is protected!

  • There is outside and inside the mall access to the Studio.

  • If the doors are locked when you arrive, CALL ME so I can let you in. If you text me, there is a chance that I may not see it.

  • If you arrive early, understand that I may still be finishing a client so you have the option to wait in the mall area or in your vehicle until your scheduled time.

  • PLEASE CALL IF YOUR RUNNING LATE. Life happens and I totally understand :). There will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15 Minutes, you may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please, NO EXTRA PEOPLE are allowed to be with you at your appointment. Only the client being serviced will be able to stay for the appointment. This will allow me to offer you the comforts of a Private Studio and for you to have my undivided attention :) Bringing Extra People to your appointment will result in you having to reschedule and forfeiting your payment.

  • Concerning minors, there is a waiting area outside the door of my Studio with places to sit for parents/guardians while your little one is being serviced. Children typically behave better for me in the absence of the parent. There are also seating areas in the mall that are very close to the studio where extra guest can feel free to wait there. Thank you!

  • If for any reason there is an unforeseen delay in my schedule I will give you a call early to respect your time and figure out the best way to move forward..
  • Cash Payments are accepted to pay for any services that are added during the appointment. Please have exact change to cover your service! I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make change for you.

  • Debit and Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) A 3.5% Convenience Fee will be assessed on all Debit/Credit transactions.
