Appointments:

Services are paid in full during booking, but in the result of a cancel/reschedule please reference the following:

  • It is extremely important that you book for the exact service you need. This way I can allot the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. If you are unsure what to book, I can help you with that! Schedule a consultation and we can go over your options :)

  • It is required and greatly appreciated that if you need to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE an appointment, that you do so 48 hrs before your appointment time. This allows for consideration of my time, and other clients. Reference your confirmation email for a reschedule/cancel link.

  • For non-extension. services: If you cancel more than 48 hrs before your appointment and do not reschedule, 50% of your payment will be returned. If you cancel in less than 24hrs of your appointment time and do not reschedule, you forfeit your payment. Same day cancellations will not receive a refund. No call no show, no refund. Each situation is assessed at the owners discretion to see if a refund is eligible in the event of unforseen circumstances.

  • Luxury Extension services typically book out the entire day and require for extensions to be set aside and prepped. Cancelling this service without rescheduling more than 48 hrs will only receive a 20% refund. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule less than 48hrs, I understand life happens! Please send and email or call the salon and leave a voicemail if you need to cancel and the system says you cannot cancel/reschedule online.  You are allowed one reschedule and your payment will be transferred to the new appointment.  resch within 72 hours of your missed appointment to avoid forfeiting your payment. If you have to reschedule for a second time you will forfeit the your payment and need to book a new appointment. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in forfeiting payment and no longer being serviced moving forward.
  • Hairapy 101 LLC is located at 1009A Ford St Bridgeport PA 19405. There is free parking directly in front of the salon and on the street. Please do not park in the back of the salon. If you park in the front of the salon, please consider that 4 cars can fit, so please park as close to the curb as possible.

  • All appointments are scheduled online. Appointments will NOT be scheduled over the phone or in salon. 

  • Please read all the service details carefully to ensure you are aware of what is included in the service you scheduled.

  • If the doors are locked when you arrive, CALL ME so I can let you in. If you text me, there is a chance that I may not see it.

  • If you arrive early, understand that I may still be finishing a client so you have the option to wait in your vehicle until your scheduled time.

  • PLEASE CALL IF YOUR RUNNING LATE. Life happens and I totally understand :). There will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15 Minutes, you may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please, NO EXTRA PEOPLE are allowed to be with you at your appointment. Only the client being serviced will be able to stay for the appointment. This will allow me to offer you the comforts of a Private Salon and for you to have my undivided attention :) Bringing Extra People to your appointment will result in you having to reschedule and forfeiting your payment.

  • Concerning minors, there is a waiting area for 1 caregiver to stay, but children typically behave better for me in the absence of the parent. Thank you!

  • If for any reason there is an unforeseen delay in my schedule I will give you a call early to respect your time and figure out the best way to move forward..
  • Cash Payments are NOT accepted to pay for services that may are added during the appointment. Cash tips are accepted. A payment link will be sent to you to satisfy immediately or you can pay using the card processing machine. 

  • Debit and Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover)
