Services are paid in full during booking, but in the result of a cancel/reschedule please reference the following:
- It is extremely important that you book for the exact service you need. This way I can allot the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. If you are unsure what to book, I can help you with that! Schedule a consultation and we can go over your options :)
- It is required and greatly appreciated that if you need to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE an appointment, that you do so 48 hrs before your appointment time. This allows for consideration of my time, and other clients.
- If you cancel 48 hrs before your appointment and do not reschedule, 50% of your payment will be returned. If you cancel in less than 48hrs of your appointment time and do not reschedule, 25% of your payment will be returned.
- If you need to reschedule less than 48hrs, I understand life happens! You are allowed one reschedule and your payment will be transferred to the new appointment. Please reschedule within 72 hours of your missed appointment to avoid forfeiting your payment. If you have to reschedule for a second time you will forfeit the your payment and need to book a new appointment. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in forfeiting payment and no longer being serviced moving forward.
